Please use this listing if you are placing an order for a custom product. This is only a deposit and will be subtracted from your final amount. Your final amount will be invoiced separately and is to be paid before final product is shipped.

We do not offer refunds or free replacements for accidental damage such as chewing or wear and tear. We do offer replacements for any defects to materials.
