Refund Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without additional charges. After 24 hours, if your order has been made, you cannot cancel it. If it hasn't been made, please contact us to see if you are eligble for a free cancellation.

We do not offer refunds or free replacements for accidental damage such as chewing or wear and tear. We do offer full refunds and replacements for any items covered under our warranty, such as faulty clips, screws, or thread.
