Refund Policy

We're dedicated and committed to our craft, as well as our customer service.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without additional charges, as long as the order has not been made, packaged or shipped. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bolderk9.com. We do not offer refunds or free replacements for accidental damage such as chewing or wear and tear. We do offer replacements for any defects to materials.

Package Not Received

All of our packages come standard with insurance. If you do not receive a package, you will need to file a claim with USPS for reimbursement. Free replacements are sent on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion. If your package has been shipped to a mail forwarder, we are not able to assist with tracking down a package once it has left the country. We require that all packages are delivered directly to a residence, business or postal location you physically have access to.
