Damages & Issues
All of our items are handmade to order. We do not sell pre-made items (except at local in-person markets). Since everything we make is by hand, there may be some slight differences between products. This includes but is not limited to hardware style, overall production precision, other small aesthetic abnormalities such as spots or scratches. We work diligently to QA each and every order before it is shipped to ensure we are not sending a product that isn't up to our high quality standards.
Please inspect your handmade product immediately upon receipt and contact us directly if there are any concerns, questions, or feedback.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items that we make cannot be returned, such as highly customized and personalized orders. We have specific measures in place throughout the process for more complex orders (such as customer approval prior to shipping) to ensure product satisfaction before it leaves our business.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
