Our BioThane® Key Chain are made using upcycled materials, meaning scraps and pieces too small to use on other pieces of gear. Since we use scraps of materials, colors can be requested but are not always guaranteed.

We do not offer refunds or free replacements for accidental damage such as chewing or wear and tear. We do offer replacements for any defects to materials. We do offer exchanges on our harnesses.
